It is my sincere pleasure to welcome you to the Locker Room. The new and improved home of the SPMBNC on the web. As many of you are no doubt aware, we take our sports and our beer very seriously here in the Locker Room (well the beer at any rate). Here you will find all that you need to become a valuable and productive member of SPMBNC, the world's oldest and largest organization dedicated solely to cheap sporting events and good beer. A proper first step in your journey to SPMBNCdom would be to read and memorize the SPMBNC Manifesto we have so thoughtfully provided.

From its humble beginnings amongst the voices in my mind, to its glorious present state with a logo and everything, SPMBNC has stood for honor, decency, and above all, watching sports whilst drinking beer. Because as we all know by now, if you drink enough beer it doesn't really matter what level of sports that you watch.

As part of our redesign we have new and improved links pages which will allow you to not only find a minor league sporting event in your area, but more importantly, you will be able to become more knowledgeable about beer. Lastly, you will be able to go out and purchase Minor League paraphernalia to fulfill step three of our membership requirements. That's right, from this very site you can start upon your way to becoming a member of the SPMBNC.
